Deputy Manager: Lead Compassionate Care & Team Growth

Blue Ribbon in Burnley is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead with compassion and drive quality care for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs. You will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise staff, manage rosters, support recruitment and training, and maintain person-centred care plans while building strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.
