Agincare is opening a brand-new supported living service in Gosport. As Deputy Manager, you will provide operational leadership across Hampshire services, supporting mobilisation and launch, and ensuring a high-quality, person-centred environment where people can thrive.

You will oversee governance, staff development, rosters, budgets, and safeguarding, while modelling best practice and maintaining high standards of care across the new service.
