Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Home (Maternity Cover)

Keys Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager for our Ofsted registered Children's EBD home in Widnes to cover a fixed-term maternity leave (6-12 months).

Role involves joining a welcoming leadership team within a network of children's homes, driving a therapeutic model of care, safeguarding and reducing restraints, and contributing to service development while supporting our dedicated staff and the children in our care.
