Deputy Manager, Children's Home (Trauma-Informed)

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Deputy Manager for its residential children's homes in Staffordshire. You will lead a team, support daily operations, and ensure high standards of care in a trauma-informed, safeguarding-focused environment.
