Health Recruit Network is seeking a Deputy Manager for an EBD Children's Residential Home in Dagenham. This pivotal leadership role focuses on safeguarding, high-quality care, and staff development to ensure a structured, nurturing environment for children.

You will support the Registered Manager, lead a dedicated team, implement Ofsted standards, manage risk assessments, and contribute to individual care plans, with the aim of delivering positive outcomes and stability for the children in our
