Deputy Manager, Children's Home - Lead Care & Development

Our client, Sgscare, is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in South Shields. The role leads day-to-day operations, supports the Registered Manager, and drives high-quality care for children and young people aged 5-18 with diverse needs.

You will oversee staff teams, care planning, and regulatory compliance, while deputising for the manager during absence and contributing to staff development and improved outcomes.
