Salary & PackageHourly Rate: £17.50-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Sleep-ins: £65.00 per sleep
Working Pattern: Shift-based role with dedicated administrative time

Service Users: Children & Young People aged 11-17 years
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it, is desirable.
Experience Required: Previous experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home supporting children and young people, with experience leading shifts and supervising staff.

Who We Are Looking ForOur client is seeking an experienced residential childcare professional who is ready to step into a Deputy Manager position within a brand-new service.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.
Be confident leading shifts and supporting the Registered Manager.
Be capable of supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
Promote high standards of safeguarding, care planning and compliance.
Support with the day-to-day management of the home, including dedicated administrative responsibilities.
Be passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
