Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager to inspire, manage and develop the store team.
• Drive sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly and is well presented.
• Coach and train team members to become product experts and maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify and implement new ways to enhance the customer experience.
• Support store logistics, including lifting tiles and managing deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with a demonstrated record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Leadership experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to create memorable experiences.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business performance.
• Creativity and an interest in interior design or related fields.
