Overview

Job Title: Deputy Home Manager - Children's Residential

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 - £31,200 per year + additional £4,000-£8,000 per year for sleep-ins

Working Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £14.80 - £15.40 per hour

Number of Sleeps Required: 6 to 10

Service Users: Young People (YPs) with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willingness to work towards it

Experience in Years: Minimum of 3 years working within a residential children's home

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

This role is ideal for individuals with leadership skills and a passion for helping young people with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to shape the care environment, manage staff, and ensure the home operates efficiently to support the children's emotional and behavioural development. A full UK driving licence is required.
