As a Deputy Manager you will be a Head of Department, and fully accountable for either the Bar, Restaurant, or Team. You will also be responsible for upholding our culture and values, championing standards, and leading the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town!
