In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure high-quality care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, stepping up to oversee daily operations in their absence. We're searching for a proactive leader with strong knowledge of OFSTED guidelines (Statutory and Non-Statutory frameworks) who is eager to support every child's development and foster a fun, nurturing environment. Your Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Team Support: Lead and inspire practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Compliance: Ensure the nursery operates in line with OFSTED requirements and all safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
Parent Partnerships: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
