Deputy Manager - Therapeutic Children's Home

Sgscare in Swindon is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 5-bed Children's Home, focused on learning difficulties and emotional/behavioural needs. You will help lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care while supporting and developing staff.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential) and a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to pursue. A Full UK Driving Licence is also needed.
