My client has a well-established and highly regarded care home, located in Woolston in Southampton, is seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager / experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team.

About the role:

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents. You will act as a role model for best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the home. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing residential care home, and potentially progress into a Registered Manager position with a care provider who values internal progression.

Key Requirements:

• Deputy Management / Team Leader experience within a care home setting
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
• Strong people management abilities, with a supportive and motivational approach
• A genuine passion for care and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for residents
• Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Proven experience in administrative duties within a care home
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
