Deputy Manager - PBS-Led Supported Living

Agincare Weymouth is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new supported living service at Elizabeth Close, Oldland Common. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a staff team and embed Positive Behaviour Support to enable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live safely in the community.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset, with 40 hours per week and shifts that may include evenings or weekends.
