The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be instrumental in launching the business and creating a culture centred around exceptional guest experiences.
• You'll lead from the front, inspire the front of house team, drive standards and ensure every guest receives warm, professional and memorable service.
• This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant or Deputy Manager who enjoys premium hospitality and wants to play a key role in building a successful business from day one.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager looking for the next step
• A background in premium pubs, restaurants or boutique hotels
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confidence leading busy services while maintaining high standards
• A hands on approach with plenty of energy and personality

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in the day to day operation of the business
• Leading and motivating the front of house team
• Delivering exceptional customer service standards
• Training, coaching and developing team members
• Driving sales while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety and company standards
• Helping establish a positive team culture from opening day
