Job Description

Liaise is recruiting a Deputy Manager to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in our Norwich service. You will partner with the Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team, develop person-centred plans, manage risk assessments, and maintain high standards of safeguarding and documentation.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience in senior support roles.
