Deputy Manager - Fast-Track to General Manager

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client in Oxford to lead the centre and champion customer and team experience. You'll take accountability for the centre in the General Manager's absence and drive performance across front and back of house.
