Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Lead

Brook Street is looking for two Deputy Managers for a brand-new children's residential home in Sutton. The role involves supporting a small team to deliver high-quality care to young people aged 10-16 with various needs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a children's residential home, including 1 year in a supervisory role. A QCF Level 3 qualification is essential. A driving license and a DBS check are required. Salary is £40,000 per annum.
