Salary£35,000 per annum (base) / £38,640 per annum (including 1 sleep in per week which is option should a Candidate wish to increase there take home salary)
Working Hours42 hours per week

The Home- Location: Chippenham
- Type of YPs: Learning Disabilities, EBD
- Ratio of Staff to Children: High support levels, therapeutic staffing
- A confident and trauma informed leader who can support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home
- Experienced in leading shifts, supervising staff, and maintaining high safeguarding standards
- Committed to delivering consistent, therapeutic care to young people with complex needs
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker within an Ofsted regulated children's home
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
- Strong communication skills with a calm, nurturing leadership style
- Sponsorship is not available
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered
