Working in our Children's Homes means being part of a young person's day to day life. You will support the highest highs and lowest lows, ensuring a safe, secure and motivating environment for both staff and young people.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day to day management of the home, support the whole team, maintain high standards and help our young people to regain their childhood and become well rounded adults. The role requires a Deputy Manager with at least two years of residential childcare experience and supervisory responsibility.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of residential childcare supervisory experience.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- Base salary £42,664 - £49,452.
- Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus on successful completion of probation and £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months.
- Full 4 week induction via Care Academy.
