Deputy Manager - Autism Care Home

Autism West Midlands is seeking a Deputy Manager for our St Paul's supported living home in Smethwick. The role supports the registered manager, balancing office days with direct support, and involves shifts from early to late and occasional weekends. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

The Deputy Manager will promote high standards and person-centred care, ensuring regulatory compliance while empowering autistic adults to live as independently as possible with appropriate levels of support.
