Deputy Maintenance Manager

A leading European manufacturer in the industrial sector is looking for a Deputy Maintenance Manager to join their team. In the Namur region, you'll play a key role in optimizing maintenance operations and developing a strong team on site.

As Deputy Maintenance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and supervision to maintenance supervisors in their daily tasks
• Coordinating operations within the maintenance department (purchasing, inventories, schedules)
• Driving preventive maintenance plans and improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability
• Ensuring QHSE procedures are followed and a strong safety culture is maintained
• Contributing to team training and developing skills internally
• Playing an active role in industrial projects (new equipment, modernizations)

About you:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Electromechanics
• You have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience in team supervision is desirable
• You are proficient in maintenance methods, QHSE, Lean, and CMMS (such as SAP)
• You are recognized for your organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong team spirit
