About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide an empathetic, unparalleled service.
About You
HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. Beyond qualifications, your positive energy, ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and keep meaningful records are vital. Your communication with residents and colleagues will be considerate and kind.
