Deputy Head Teacher - Brierley Hill - West Midlands - Salary: £230-£380 per day - Start Date: ASAP - Paid to Scale

We are looking to take on a full time Deputy Head Teacher on a long term basis with the potential to lead to a permanent position. The successful Deputy Head Teacher will support the Head Teacher in leading the school, overseeing teaching and learning, and ensuring high quality provision for pupils with complex needs including PMLD, SLD and non verbal learners.

Qualifications

• QTS and senior leadership experience within a school setting
• Experience working with students with PMLD, SLD and non verbal needs
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience supporting staff development and improving teaching standards
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A compassionate, resilient and proactive approach
