Deputy Headteacher - Brent - September 2026

Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take on a pivotal Deputy Headteacher role in Brent? Deputy Headteacher - Person specification
  • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as an existing Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Head
  • Strong track record in Behaviour, Pastoral and Safeguarding leadership
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice
  • Committed to high standards, consistency, and doing things properly
  • Able to lead by example and build staff confidence
  • Resilient, strategic, and aligned with the school's ethos and direction
