Deputy Headteacher - Start a New SEN School

Reeson Education are pleased to support the recruitment of a Deputy Headteacher to join the founding leadership team of a new SEN school in Braintree, Essex. You will help shape the vision, culture and curriculum from the start.

Working closely with the founding Headteacher, you will establish safeguarding, inclusion, and therapeutic approaches, build strong partnerships with families, and create systems to support pupils as the school grows.
