Deputy Head Teacher - Behaviour & Culture Leader

Nova Education Trust in the East Midlands invites an experienced Deputy Head Teacher for Behaviour and Culture to shape whole-school leadership and ensure an aspirational, safe culture where every student can thrive.

You will provide strategic oversight for behaviour, safeguarding, admissions and inclusion, and work with the Head Teacher to drive system-wide improvement through the RISE Behaviour and Attendance Hub, sharing best practice across the trust.
