Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Head (Co curricular) at Felsted School. This newly created role will lead the non academic education of pupils across the full age range from Pre Reception to Upper Sixth.
Felsted School, founded in 1564, is a leading co educational boarding and day school with a student population of around 900 aged 3-18. Situated on a 90 acre campus in North Essex, the school prides itself on a welcoming community that nurtures individual strengths and values.
As Deputy Head (Co curricular), you will provide strategic leadership to shape the future of the school's co curricular provision, ensuring it is world class and fully integrated into the education of all students. The role demands a visionary, energetic leader who can inspire and motivate others, driving educational and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate others, ensuring Felsted continues to prepare its pupils to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
