Deputy General Manager: Front-of-House & Events Leader

Vacherin is seeking a Deputy General Manager to oversee the daily delivery of breakfast and lunch service, support events and hospitality, and lead a front-of-house team of seven. You will deputise for the General Manager, build strong client relationships and champion customer experience while ensuring health & safety and food hygiene compliance.

Collaborating with chef teams to deliver nutritious menus and drive promotions, you will help maintain high standards and staff development.
