Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for our Heywood facility, a flagship automated cold storage operation. The role leads senior operations, drives safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service, productivity and quality targets.

The candidate will deputise for the General Manager, oversee multi shift teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety and food safety standards while delivering cost and performance improvements.
