Deputy General Manager

What you'll need to be:
  • Experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with strong leadership capability within branded hospitality
  • Trained kitchen manager
  • Based in the local area or planning to relocate
  • Expertise in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
  • Commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
  • Detail oriented with operational standards and processes
  • Well presented, analytical and proactive in problem solving
  • Committed to supporting the GM to build a great team and business
