Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for the operational and financial delivery of the tertiary clinical services and will work closely with the Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, Clinical Lead and nursing leads.
You will have direct management responsibility for the dermatology services across Mid and South Essex by driving the strategic agenda within the Plastic Surgery & Burns Service as well as supporting teams to resolve day to day management issues, ensuring they are of a consistently high quality and deliver excellent patient experience.
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, strong financial and workforce management experience and a commitment to quality and performance improvement. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of key objectives within MSE including cost pressures, service developments, improvement programmes and commissioning.
