Deputy General Manager - High-Volume Hospitality Leader

Incipio Group are seeking an outstanding Deputy General Manager for Juno, a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia in West London. You'll be central to running a busy venue, delivering warm, generous hospitality and driving revenue.

You'll lead a proactive team, manage guest experience and standards, and partner with the GM and Head Chef to evolve service, training, and the guest journey through seasonal menus and a confident drinks program.
