Responsibilities- Deputy General Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and uphold the restaurants high standards
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations in a busy, award-winning restaurant
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team, ensuring service excellence at all times
- Deliver the highest levels of guest experience, creating lasting impressions in line with the restaurant's prestigious reputation
- Drive performance, maintain standards, and contribute to the continued success of this landmark venue
- Demonstrate experience as a manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
