Deputy Front of House Manager - Café Leadership & Perks

Bettys & Taylors is seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager for our Bettys Cafe Tearooms in York. You will lead and support a team of waiters and team leaders to deliver a delightful customer experience, reporting to the Front of House Manager and deputising as required.

This full-time role includes early mornings, late finishes, and at least one weekend day, with a focus on maintaining food safety and strong team performance through KPI-driven labour management.
