Deputy Front of House & Customer Experience Lead

Guardian Jobs in Colchester is seeking a Deputy Head of Customer Experience to lead the busy Front of House team and shape how we deliver first-class service to our patrons.

You will oversee the theatre's Front of House on duty, bring energy from events or hospitality, and contribute to driving commercial growth. Interviews will be held later in September 2026.
