Deputy Children's Home Manager - New EBD Residential

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Deputy Children's Home Manager for a new residential provision in Wolverhampton. You will assist in operations and lead a team in a therapeutic environment for young persons with complex needs.

This role offers a strong salary package of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus additional payments for sleep-ins and on-call shifts. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and leadership skills, and will benefit from mentorship from an experienced Registered Manager.
