Deputy Care Support Manager - Lead Teams & Inspire Change

The Camden Society is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centered care across locations. You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement and act as a role model of best practice on shift.

You will design support plans, manage rotas, maintain records, conduct audits and deputise for the Manager when required while empowering individuals and upholding rights and independence.
