Deputy Care Support Manager - Disability Services

Camden Society in Oxford is recruiting a Deputy Care Support Manager to lead and mentor care teams delivering high-quality support to adults with a learning disability. The role combines hands-on care with supervision of staff on shifts and ensuring person-centred plans.

You will deputise for the Support Manager, help with rotas, records, audits, and safeguarding, and work to promote safety, dignity, inclusion and independence. Level 3 Health & Social Care knowledge is desirable.
