Deputy Care Manager: Lead Teams, Elevate Care Quality

The Highlands Family, part of Salutem Care & Education, is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in a 14-bed residential home in Tyne & Wear, caring for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will lead and develop the staff team, ensure high standards of care, comply with CQC regulations and the Mental Capacity Act, and mentor colleagues to empower service users to live fulfilling lives.
