Deputy Care Manager - Lead Multi-Site Supported Living

Sense is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee three supported living services in and around Exeter. The role combines hands-on support with line management, supervising a team of care workers, and coordinating administration across services.

You will develop and maintain person centred plans, manage rotas, ensure high-quality standards and compliance, and support individuals to achieve their goals. Office days cover administration from the Otter St Mary office.
