Deputy Care Home Manager: Lead, Care & Compliance

Caron Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to join one of its care homes in Wales. You will support the Registered Manager with daily operations, uphold high standards of quality and compliance, and lead the care team to deliver person-centred, safe care.
