Depot Training & Performance Lead

Stagecoach Group is seeking a Depot Performance Officer at our Guernsey depot. You will coordinate and support training activities island-wide, ensuring records are complete and compliant, while delivering CPC courses, inductions and driver development programmes.

You will build strong relationships with depot leadership to identify training needs, plan schedules, and produce progress and KPI reports to help drive performance and safety improvements on site.
