Depot Operations Leader - Drive Performance & Service

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking an experienced depot manager in Glasgow to lead the day-to-day operations at the Glasgow depot, ensuring we hit financial and operational targets.

You will manage the office and delivery teams, enforce health and safety policies, and develop proactive plans to recover any KPI shortfalls while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
