Depot Operations Lead - Hands-On, Customer Focused

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting a Depot Operations Supervisor to lead the depot team and ensure excellent customer service across delivery, customer services and the cold store.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a track record in supervising teams, managing KPIs, and driving process compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential to support day-to-day delivery tasks as needed.
