Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Act as the central coordination point for technical and business led projects, ensuring that project deliverables and the needs of all stakeholders are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to deliver and execute flawless projects
  • Typical projects include new partners, new products, changes and enhancements to products or estates, functionality, features and services, large deployments, business processes, systems and business tools, and industry changes.
  • Manage full project life cycle from project scoping and objectives, business requirements gathering, through to business readiness, implementation and post implementation support and review
  • Own and manage all aspects of project governance including detailed project plans, management of risks and issues, including issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies, project reporting and escalation
  • Manage, control and report budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Conduct detailed business impact assessments and produce detailed project briefings and communications for impacted stakeholder communities e.g. partners and their merchants, direct merchants and internal teams
  • Effectively manage changes through shifting business priorities, controlling project scope, resources and timing as needed.
  • Use appropriate tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report to senior management, project boards and key stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with the partner and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support the Deployment team with Weekly/Monthly reporting tasks
Skills & Qualifications
  • Project management experience (minimum 2+ years)
  • Proven track record of managing, delivering and coordinating diverse, multiple projects simultaneously to fixed deadlines (to internal and external stakeholders)
  • Excellent communication skills including client facing and at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to assimilate, critically evaluate and convey new information quickly
  • Project management certification an advantage (PMP or Prince2)
  • Third party / supplier management experience - Warehouse, Vendors, Distribution Centres, Retailers
  • Experience of producing high quality project documentation - Project scheduling, tracking, Roll out plans, Transition between Excel and Gsheets
  • Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment and ability to contribute to a growing team
  • The ability to work with cross functional teams internally and externally to achieve results - Customer support team, Tech support team, Partner onboarding team/Implementation delivery team, Partner service team, Migration team, Partner support team, Ecommerce, IT&D
  • A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliability
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
