Deployment Engineer

Deployment Engineer (ManageEngine, ITSM, ITIL) - Get Training and certification in ITIL and ITSM products! Remote role - work from home in the UK!

A Deployment Engineer (ManageEngine, ITSM, ITIL is required by a fast-growing IT consultancy delivering high-demand ITSM solutions to UK clients.

You'll need:

• Experience deploying ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM platforms (eg ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
• Hands-on skills in configuration, deployment, and implementation
• Client-facing experience - ideally in an MSP or consultancy
• Confident leading scoping and delivery sessions
• ITIL Foundation certification

Full training provided - Get certified in ManageEngine and advanced ITIL at the company's expense. You'll be backed to become the go-to expert for all things ITSM.

The role:
Remote-based with occasional UK site visits. You'll run scoping calls, lead 5-day planning engagements, and handle full end-to-end deployment and configuration of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. You'll be the face of delivery, owning the technical side from day one.
