Bright Purple are working with a forward thinking national business, delivering a M365 digital adoption programme across UK-wide sites. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role - it's boots-on-the-ground, sleeves-rolled-up delivery to help teams fully adopt Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the national deployment of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Delivering tailored on-site and virtual training sessions
• Creating clear and engaging support materials
• Acting as first-line support for M365 queries and issues
• Working closely with project teams, site staff and back office
• Travelling to UK sites regularly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital tool rollouts, ideally in fast-moving or site-based environments
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Great communication skills and a knack for simplifying tech
• Willingness to travel across the UK when needed

Bonus points for experience in adult training, analytics for adoption tracking, or formal change management credentials.
