Department Manager - Lead a High-Impact Outdoor Retail Team

GO Outdoors in Warrington is seeking a proactive Department Manager to drive your department's performance and help the store hit sales targets. You will lead from the front, motivate your team, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellence on the shop floor.
