Dental Technician - Senior CAD/CAM / Exocad

We are recruiting for an experienced Dental Technician to join a progressive dental laboratory in the Republic of Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician with extensive Exocad experience and a strong understanding of both the functional and aesthetic aspects of complex restorative dentistry.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing a range of high-quality restorations, with a particular focus on complex and full-arch cases. We are looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of demanding cases and consistently produce designs that combine excellent aesthetics with accurate, predictable function.

Key Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Extensive knowledge of Exocad
• Proven experience designing full-arch restorations from FP1 through to FP3
• A strong understanding of gnathology and occlusion
• Excellent knowledge of functional restorative design
• A high level of aesthetic ability, particularly when designing anterior teeth
• Experience handling complex restorative and implant cases
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to balance function, occlusion and aesthetics when designing cases
• Confidence working independently on technically demanding cases
• A consistently high standard of work

About You

We are looking for a technician with a high level of experience who understands that exceptional dental design is about more than aesthetics alone.

You should be able to assess complex cases, understand the functional requirements and create highly accurate, natural-looking restorations that deliver excellent clinical outcomes.

Just as importantly, you will be joining an established team, so a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with other technicians and clinicians is essential.

Salary & Package

€50,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
